Dear Ms. Argus,
I refer to my letter of Nov 21, 2023 06:52:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of cases of victims-survivors in Negros Occidental and Bacolod City.
While we aim to provide information whenever possible, upon review of the submitted requirements, failed to provide your contact information.Thus, we find your request incomplete and did not meet the requisites of a valid FOI request.
Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:
(a) Any person who requests access to information shall submit a written request to the government office concerned.
