Hi! Maaari ko po bang makita ang mga impormasyong nakasaad sa ibaba. Ito po ay gagamitin para sa karagdagang kaalaman at para na rin sa pagsisiyasat na aking ginagawa. Salamat!
1) Ilan ang lahat ng aksidente (frequency) sa LRT (maaaring nasugatan o kaya'y namatay tulad ng pagkakadiskaril ng tren)
2) Ilan ang mga aberyang (frequency) nagyari sa LRT ngayong taon (tulad ng nasirang riles, paghinto ng mga tren, pagkukumpuni)
3) Planong pag iimprove o paguupgrade sa mga parte o sa kabuuan ng LRT para maiwasan ang mga aksidente

Hi. Na pagisip-isip ko na mas magiging kumpleto ang aking pagsasaliksik kung ang hihingin ko ay ang lahat lahat para sa taong 2017, ngunit ito ay hindi pa posible ngayon dahil hindi pa tapos ang 2017. Salamat sa pagsasabi na kailangan ko pa pala gumawa ng FOI request form. Balak ko sana na makuha na lang ang impormasyon na ito pag sapit ng 2018 para kumpleto na ang mga impormasyon na aking kailangan. Maaari po ba na gumawa na lang ulit ako ng panibagong Request pagsapit ng 2018 para sa kabuuang bilang ng aking mga nais isaliksik? Salamat po!

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Sep 24, 2017 01:34:43 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for Number of accidents, troubles and possible improvements and solutions on LRT.
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested, data from January to October 2017. As per your recent messages and for completion of data you need for the succeeding months November and December, you file again your FOI request by next year of 2018.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
