Recognizing that ensuring access of the most vulnerable populations is a major consideration in planning for the Primary Care Provider Network (PCPN), we are planning to pilot South Cotabato’s UHC in areas that would benefit a big portion of the vulnerable population, the 4Ps beneficiaries. In this regard, we would like to request the following data:
