October 6, 2021 Dear Jhulian Aira Aquino, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 05, 2021 12:23:25 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Number of 18-24 years old population in Manila. We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
