18 September 2019 Dear Roben Casalda: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 07 September 2019 under EO No. 02 s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You requested for the following information: 1. Number and Distribution of workers regularized by DOLE per Region from time period. 2. Name of companies which were ordered by the DOLE to regularized their workers. 3. Number of labor inspectors and their distribution per Region. It is with regret to inform you that your request shall fall under the exemptions provided in the same EO which reads as “Information, documents, or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals and boards or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory or quasi-judicial powers.” If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to.
