DHL is asking for Two NTC Permit, as my Manager in the company told me. DHL in Hawaii is asking for Two NTC Permit because Philippines Custom is holding off laptops that are sent from another country if no NTC Permit is given/shown. The company laptop is a crucial equipment in my work. Please help me. Thank you.
