Hello NTC! I am a student currently having online classes, my father is an OFW in Singapore. My laptop of late has been malfunctioning which hinders me from performing my regular tasks for school. Due to lack of financial resources of our family, my father has opted to send me his used laptop from Singapore but LBC is asking for an NTC Permit to ship his laptop. I would greatly appreciate it if you assist me to the right direction of how to acquire an NTC permit. My online classes are ongoing, and I need to receive it immediately. Thank you.
