To whom it may concern: Good day, Hi I would like to request from your kindly consideration a NTC permit to ship the mobile phone in my location in philippines the said phone is sent by my brother in law from UAE. This phone is my personal use only for this incoming online schooling due to covid 19. Just let me know how and if there is something we need to provide for this request. Hoping for your kind consideration and assistance. Thank in advance.
