Good Day, I purchased second-hand laptop and mobile phone in Japan. I sent these items thru EMS-Japan. The items are currently in the Philippines ans they are requiring for NTC permit. Could you please assist me on how to get it? Also, do I need to pay extra fee for the package? Please advise.
