Dear Sirs We are the new tehcnical Managers of the vesssel 3B DESTINY. The vessel has called Manila for her delivery to her new Onwers. We have sent to Manila from Greece 3 used laptops and 1 used mobile phone. The laptops contain files and software necessary for the operation of the vessel including the electronic chart software and the crew's working and rest hours software. The phone contains a greek SIM card for the communication with our office. Kindly grant us a NTC permit for the above devices as requested by customs. Many thanks in advance.
