To whom it may concern, I am Filipino citizen who is currently living in Singapore would like to request a permit from the national telecommunications commission as I would like to send my used Ipad and phone to my loved ones who are in the Philippines for educational purposes. Because of the lockdown, these gadgets are intended for online learning. Please consider my request. Thank you for your kind understanding. Hoping to hear from you soon.
