Hello, I sent a complaint to NTC last August 28, 2020 via their website https://ntc.gov.ph/?page_id=5575 It has been a week and i haven't heard back. There was also no acknowledgement email from NTC. I hope to get more info about the status of my request. Kind Regards, Mark
