Good Day! I am Dan Vincent V. Barotilla I am currently residing in Bicol, and i dont i cant retrieve my serial number personally because of financial reasons i took NSTP during the year 2010-2011. I took the program at North-western Mindanao State College of Labuyo, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental. Now, I Am Hoping that I can Retrieve my serial number before the end of this school year so that I can submit the requirements for my grades to be completed With utmost respect, pls do so. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
