Hi, I would like to request the NSTP Serial Number from my previous school, ACLC College of Taytay, both NSTP 1 and 2 School Year 2015-2016. They couldn't put my grades unless we have a written document with serial numbers of NSTP I took. I would really appreciate your prompt response to this request.

Thank you for your request dated Apr 06, 2020 02:10:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NSTP Serial Number Request. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
