Response to Request As per checking with your records at the Office of Admissions you did not finish your NSTP 2 here at the University. You may request Transfer Credentials (if you do not have them yet) at the Office of Admissions so that your current school can validate your grades in NSTP 1 and process the request of the NSTP serial number from CHED. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the University President at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
