Good morning mam/sir! As a school requirement to claim my documents in school, we are required to have the serial number. I already finished my NSTP(CWTS) course last 2009-2010 at CVSU-Rosario. I decided to pursue another course last 2017 and graduated last year. My documents were hold because CVSU-Rosario doesnt have my serial number and they requested it in ched last year. As of the moment, there were no updates. I really need to have my NSTP serial number for it is one of the requirements for me to claim my documents. I already submitted a request form in CVSU-Rosario last 2years ago.
