Sir/Ma'am, I would like to request for my NSTP serial number SY 2003-2004. I already coordinated with my previous school (St Pauls Business School now St. Pauls School of Professional Studies) since last year (August 2021) and according to them, they already forwarded my request to CHED. I hope you can help me with my request because it is very needed for the transfer of my credentials and so i can pursue on my graduation. Thank you and God bless.

I submitted my request last August 2021 in my school, however i did not receive any response from them. Last monday July 4,2022, i again went back to my school to follow up my request and according to the NSTP incharge, they already forwarded my request to CHED and up to now they are still waiting for their reply. I coordinated with the CHED regional office and according to them, it is the school will be the one who will make the request. A year had already pass and hopefully it will not take another days to process my request. Thank you for helping me in this matter.
