In compliance with with CHED memorandum order no.27 s. 2015 under article IV section 4, directing all higher education institutions to indicate NSTP serial number to the official TOR of all graduating students, may i request your good office to kindly furnish my assigned NSTP serial number as requested by PHINMA-UNIVERSITY OF PANGASINAN to be able to get a copy of clearance.
