Hi! I am Leslie S. Saquez. I would like to request for my NSTP Serial Number from my former school Tañon College, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental school year 2013-2014. This is in line with the requirements needed for processing my Special Order (SO) for filing for Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). Thank you.

May 16, 2022 Dear Leslie Saquez, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 14, 2022 07:57:52 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
