My name is Stephanie A. Porcadilla, and I am a former student of ICCT Colleges Cainta Branch with the student number 20192722. I would like to request my NSTP Serial Number as soon as possible because it is part of my requirements as a graduating student at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

I've been contacting the ICCT Colleges Registrar since 2021. In addition, I made a lot of phone calls in the last few months for my online appointment.

This is my last semester. Hence, I need my NSTP Serial Number ASAP.

I already coordinate with my former school about my NSTP Serial Number since 2021. They told me that they are still processing it. However, it's been 1 yr and 7 months now and they are still not getting progress. 

I hope you can help me, because I need it for my graduation in March 2023.

Response to your request

Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.

Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter or reach out to your CHED Regional Office. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Hello,

I sent multiple emails to the CHED REGION IV- A CALABARZON about my NSTP Serial Number, but they did not response to me. I even message my former school but they told me that CHED have not yet provided them the NSTP Serial Number 2019. 

This is my last semester, and my current school will remove me from the list of the graduating student this final semester. 

Please, help me.
