September 14, 2020 Dear Kaizen April Antonio, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 14, 2020 06:50:02 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NSTP serial number. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
