Hi! In compliance with with CHED memorandum order no. 27 s. 2015 under article IV section 4, directing all higher education institutions to indicate NSTP serial number to the official TOR of all graduating students, may i request your good office to kindly furnish my assigned NSTP serial number as requested by NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY to be able for me to get a copy of my TOR from them. I was enrolled and successfully passed the NSTP subjects in MARIANO MARCOS STATE UNIVERSITY - BATAC but they cant issue one. Name: Mustar, jaezelle R. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular concern has been addressed. As you have mentioned, you already have received your NSTP serial number. As such, this query cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
