I'm Eva Marie Montallana Rongcales and I'd like to request my NSTP serial number in order to register for the LET exam this coming September 2023. I took my classes in University of Eastern Philippines-Catarman Northern Samar school year 2021-2022. I've already paid my review center because my school promise me to release my serial number before the filing of PRC. But now, I'm unable to submit a PRC application because they took a long time to respond to my request. Despite my repeated visits to their office, they never taken any actions. So, I have sent my concern to this page.
