Hello! I would like to request of my NSTP serial number or better the printable document containing my NSTP serial number. I graduated from Feu East Asia College school year 2012-2013 now known as FEU Institute of Technology. Please respond to this request as quick as possible because this is a necessary requirement to for my graduation this 2021. Thank you!

January 12, 2021 Dear Rojie Glen Munar, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 06, 2021 09:36:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NSTP Serial Number. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
