Hi I would like to inquire about my NSTP Serial Number. I am an alumni of Marcelino Fule Memorial College, Alaminos, Laguna. 

I am Mr. Jeffrey L. Tenoso. Is it possible also to have a NSTP Certificate? Our alumni school, until now did not release any NSTP Certificate. 

Hoping for your immediate response and action regarding this matter.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 23, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.

Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter.
