Hi, I would like to request my NSTP serial number on my pervious school "ACCESS COMPUTER COLLEGE CUBAO 2 BRANCH". I am currenty enrolled at UNIVERSITY OF EASTERN PHILIPPINES. They want to know my Serial number because this is required to be attached on my TOR. As i am graduating this year.

Thank you for your request dated Feb 28, 2020 11:25:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NSTP SERIAL NUMBER. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
