Hello. I'd like to request my NSTP Serial Number. I contacted my former school, ICCT College Registrar, where I completed my NSTP, and they informed me that CHEDRO IV had not provided them with the NSTP Serial Number 2019, and I contacted CHED CALABARZON several times, but no one responded. I've been waiting for 1 year and 7 months and no one has responded to my request for an NSTP Serial Number. Please help me in obtaining my NSTP serial number because my current school will remove my name from the list of graduates. This is my final semester, so I must submit it to my current university.

My name is Stephanie Porcadilla, and I completed my NSTP 1 and 2 at ICCT College in 2019. I transferred to Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2020. One of my requirements as a transferred student is to submit my NSTP Serial Number. This is one of the proofs that I have been contacting my former school, ICCT College Cainta Branch, and the CHEDRO IV CALABARZON since 2021 in order to get my NSTP Serial Number. Ako po graduating at last semester ko na po ito. Ayon po sa PLM, ako ay matatangal sa graduating list ngayon semester kung hindi pa ako makakapag pasa ng aking NSTP Serial Number sa lalo madaling panahon. Isang taon at 7 buwan na po ako naghihintay sa ICCT College pero wala pa rin sila binibigay. Ako ay humihingi ng tulong sa inyo na makakuha ang aking NSTP Serial Number. Maraming salamat po,

Hello I'll wait for my NSTP Serial Number because I really need it to graduate. I also contacted my previous school, ICCT College Cainta Branch, and they sent me proof that they had requested my NSTP Serial Number from the CHED CALABARZON, but that the CHED had not yet provided them with the NSTP Serial Number. I'll include proof that my previous school requested my Serial Number. Please help me because the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila has notified me to submit my NSTP Serial Number as soon as possible. I don't want to be removed from the graduating class list. I urgently require my NSTP Serial Number. Thank you,
