Hi, I am an incoming 5th year. I was a transferee and shiftee. I took my NSTP 1 from a different school (SY 2018-2019) and took my NSTP 2 (SY 2019-2020) at Southwestern University PHINMA. I have tried coordinating with my school registrar regarding my serial number but there seems to be a problem. I was not informed of any problems during my NSTP 2 classes during my 1st year. My NSTP 2 was graded as well. Is it possible that i have no SN even tho i've completed my NSTP 2?
I took my NSTP 1 at St. Columban College (Pagadian City) and transferred to SWU (Cebu) the next year and took NSTP 2 classes. I have coordinated with my previous school as well and they told me to get my SN from where i completed my NSTP. The SWU registrar referred me to the NSTP coordinator with regards to my concern but i haven't received response yet. My minor subjects were credited and approved by my Dean and SWU's VP for academics hence i was able to enroll NSTP 2 at SWU.
