Good evening Ma'am/Sir. I am Mariz A. Pepania. I would like to request a copy of my NSTP serial number. I studied from Misamis University in Ozamiz City year 2015-2016. September 14, 2020 Dear Mariz Pepania, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 02, 2020 09:01:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NSTP Serial Number 2015-2016. Your FOI request is approved. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
