Hi! I am Virgelio Orbiso Jr. I am making this inquiry based on what I browsed in Google, which lead me to this site. I would like to ask where can I get serial number of my NSTP? I took NSTP/ROTC in 2011-2012 in CTU-Carmen. I have finished taking a different degree in another school and they are requesting for it for crediting purposes. Hoping for your kind accommodation and immediate response. Thank you.
