In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. We would need to clarify if you are requesting for ROTC Serial Number or NSTP. ROTC should be requested in Camp Crame. NSTP Serial Number is forwarded to your school. If that is the case, may we know the college/university you attended and the duration you had your service.
