Hi!. good day! I would like to request for my NSTP-CWTS Serial Number. I studied and took my NSTP subject at Eastern Visayas State University - Tanauan Campus. Coverage date as indicated above. Now, as i am taking my last 2 semesters in my current school the Registrar's Office now asked me to give them my serial number of NSTP. Looking forward for your favorable action in this regard. February 26, 2021 Dear BENJIE NATIVIDAD, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Feb 25, 2021 05:17:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for NSTP-CWTS EVSU TANAUAN-LEYTE SERIAL NUMBER OF BENJIE R. NATIVIDAD. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar.
