Hi there. My request for an NSTP 2 Serial Number from my alma mater, Camarines Norte State College, was already tagged as successful. Yet I still don't get my serial number. Part of their reply says, "...according to the records from our NSTP Office, you have a Serial Number for AY 20027 issued by the CHED."
