Your request You asked for NROTC serial number. Response to your request We regret to inform you that personal transactions are not valid FOI requests. You may proceed to your school/NROTC unit/Naval Reserve Center where you finished your NROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.
