Good day! I am writing this request to your office because my father received a call from a person named Jun Plaza (Provincial Operations Commander, according to him) with the phone number: 0909-889-7271. He is requesting a Php10,000 as a donation for his "people". He knows that my father is an engineer whose office is located in Morong, Rizal. He knows these information that is why we want to take necessary precautions. We want to know where this number is coming from and if we're lucky, know also the name of the caller. I have a recording of the conversation if you need any supporting docs
