As per instruction of your good office we have already submitted the manual request pertaining to our request for the Notice of Result to DOLE Isabela City Field Office.
Instead of giving us a copy of the Notice of Result, we were given a letter that they will coordinate with Ms. Abarquez to furnish us a copy of the said result. Unfortunately, Ms. Abarquez said that she was not given the authority to release the copy of the said result.
We tried to communicate with DOLE Isabela City FO to follow up the request but they instructed us to fill out the FOI form which we have accomplished.

Dear Mr. Largo,
Greetings!
This is in response to your request for Notice of Results dated July 13, 2022 through the Freedom of Information (Executive Order No. 2 series of 2016) filed in this Office.
Per evaluation of the document you are requesting, we note the following:
That on May 4, 2022, out of the fourteen (14) workers for interview, the three (3) workers with complaints (Mr. Joweni Largo, Mr. Reynaldo Tubog and Mr. Danilo Delos Reyes) did not submit themselves for interview during the visit because according to them they would consult first with the Civil Service Commission for guidance.
That on May 6, 2022 in the afternoon, Ms. Marlyn M. Anoos, Labor Inspector visited again the establishment to intervew Mr. Joweni Largo, Mr. Reynaldo Tubog and Mr. Danilo Delos Reyes but failed to interview the three workers. Mr. Largo and Mr. Tubog were absent during the visit as reflected in their employee DTR through the biometric system. Further, Mr. Danilo Delos Reyes was present during the visit but did not submit himself for interview because he said that his other two (2) colleagues were not present and so the group is not in quorum,
In view of the above premises, particularly your non-submission for the interview as part of the Complaint Inspection procedure, your request for a copy of the Notice of Results (NIR) is denied. We provided a copy of the NIR to one of the workers in the person of Ms. Angelica Abarquez.
We can only provide you with the highlights of the findings as indicated in the Notice of Results as follows:
1. Non presentation of duly approved Construction Safety and Health Program for the on-going construction of 4-storey building managed by the school administration;
2. Non presentation of Occupational Safety and Health Policies and Program;
3. The establishment has no established OSH Committee in accordance with Section 13;
4. Non conduct of emergency drill (Fire Drill and Earthquake Drill);
5. Non presentation of certificate of first aider; and
6. Non presentation of Fire Safety Inspection Certificate.
