I am respectfully requesting for a copy of the Notice of Dismissal of which I received on February 3, 2020.
I was so disturbed last February 3 that I forgot to bring that copy upon going home.
Last Friday, February 14, 2020 I went back to the faculty room to retrieve my copy but it was not anymore among the clatter on my table (where I last placed it).

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we would like to inform you this office is not allowed to release such information as it is considered a sensitive personal information. While we understand that the subject of the information you are requesting concerns you, we have to deny your request (through FOI portal) on the merit that you already found the copy of your Notice of Dismissal, based on the communication between you and the staff of the OSU-URO on February 17, 2020.
