Good day Admin,
My apologies for I cant give you or provide you with exact date nor any reference for further details of my request.What I have known as what our Division personnel said that the attachments of my ERF implementation were already forwarded mid-week of March 2021 to the region office.
Since,its already April,I was thinking that the region office might have received it.My ERF was approved last October 2020 already and I was able to comply necessary attachment last February 2021 for ERF implementation.

My sincerest apologies po for I cant give you or provide you with exact date of submission of my documents to the region office.The information relayed to me was the documents were already forwarded to the region office mid week of March 2021.Since,its already April,I thought that the region office might have received it already.
