You asked for an update whether the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) reflecting the ERF implementation of your position has already been released or posted. Please be informed that the processing of the NOSCA has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices. Hence, may we suggest that you coordinate directly with the concerned DBM Regional Office.
