I would like to request for an update regarding my application for NOSCA ( Reclassification of item) from Teacher 1 to Teacher 3 as endorsed by our Division of San Jose City, Regional Office 3. My name is ROLAND N. TOLENTINO from HABITAT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. My ERF was approved last OCTOBER 2022. Thank you.

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated April 18, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch requesting an update in the issuance of NOSCA on your approved ERF which was released last October, 2022.
We would like to inform you that DepEd ROIII has submitted a request for issuance of Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) last February 21, 2023 of teachers whose ERF, MT, and Reclassification were approved as of April 30, 2022. Upon checking on the list, your name was not included.
In view hereof, we will refer your concern to Department of Education–Division Office of San Jose City as they are in the best position to answer your query.
