You asked for an update regarding the issuance of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) reflecting your promotion as a Teacher. Please be informed that the processing of the NOSCA due to the implementation of the Equivalents Record Form (ERF) has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices.
