Good Evening I wish to inquire and be enlightened if how many months it took for the agency to approved and issue a NOSCA documents? My documents were forwarded last October 2020 as per advise by my agency, DepEd-ROI. it was reclass to T1 to T3. Looking forward to any positive response Thank you and keep safe
