Good day. I would just want to inquire if the NOSCA for the newly created DPWH Davao de Oro 2nd DEO in Compostela, Davao de Oro has been released already. If so, can I request for a copy of it? I am Jepte Eliseo from Maragusan, Davao de Oro. Thank you.
