You are asking for an update on whether the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) reflecting the ERF implementation of your position has already been released by the Department.
Please be informed that the processing of the ERF, as well as the issuance of the NOSCA, has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices. Hence, may we suggest that you coordinate directly with the concerned DBM Regional Office.
