Good day! I applied for ERF from Teacher I to Teacher III. I received my approved ERF last June 2022 and I did not receive any update about my application til today (October 19, 2023). Greetings!
May we inform that this office received the request for staffing modification from DepEd ROIX last September 21, 2023. However, we cannot act on this yet due to the imposition of COMELEC Resolution No. 10924 where certain acts such as appointment, hiring, creation and filling-up, and promotion of employees are prohibited until October 29, 2023.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Office of the Secretary, Department of Budget and Management.
