Good day! I applied for ERF from Teacher I to Teacher III. I received my approved ERF last June 2022. I would like to inquire for my NOSCA from your good office. My name is Renz Erica T. June 16, 2023 Dear Renz Erica Santo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 13, 2023 10:01:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Per your request, you are inquiring on the NOSCA for your approved ERF. We have referred your query to the DepEd Regional Office IX for verification. We were able to receive confirmation that the Plantilla Allocation List (PAL) where your item is listed was returned to the Division Office for correction due to errors found in the document. In accordance with existing policy and procedure, this will be resubmitted to the DepEd RO IX. Once cleared, the RO will forward the same to DBM for processing Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman at [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
