Dear Renz Erica Santo,
Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Jun 13, 2023 10:01:40 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Per your request, you are inquiring on the NOSCA for your approved ERF.
We have referred your query to the DepEd Regional Office IX for verification. We were able to receive confirmation that the Plantilla Allocation List (PAL) where your item is listed was returned to the Division Office for correction due to errors found in the document.
In accordance with existing policy and procedure, this will be resubmitted to the DepEd RO IX. Once cleared, the RO will forward the same to DBM for processing
Your right to request a review
