Magandang araw.
This is to answer the request for clarification.
I am with the non-government organization IBON Foundation, and currently its executive director. IBON is primarily a research and advocacy organization.
The information is sought to gain a deeper understanding of the government's Build, Build, Build (BBB) program including, but not only, its flagship projects. We pay keen attention to the statements of the economic managers about how BBB is key factor in PH development in general but also in recovering from the COVID-driven economic crisis. As a research NGO and, also, as a citizen of the Republic, these are very high on our concerns.
However, the statements to media, in various presentations, and even in Congressional budget hearings are very short on detail -- hence the request at hand.
We will use the information according to whatever parameters are set. For instance, if we cannot share the documents, we will be sure to restrict access to only concerned individuals within IBON.
I hope this clarifies things. Thank you for your attention.
