Dear eFOI user,

About my letter dated March 26, 2024, at 8:35 AM, regarding your request made under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch; specifically your request on:

1. Certification of School Performance with the National Passing Rate on the Licensure |Examination for Professional Teacher last March 2023 and September 2023 of Northern Mindanao Colleges, Inc. - Cabadbaran.
2. List of passers of examinees with ratings on the Licensure Examination for Professional Teacher last March 2023 and September 2023.

As of this time, we haven't received the filled-out copy of the request for the POS and FOI form which will be the requirement for the computation of the fees. With this regard, we will not be able to process your request.

You may send to [email protected] the filled-out forms if you want us to continue processing your request.

You will have 60 calendar days from the time of response to provide the requested information. We kindly request that you respond as soon as possible.
