Dear eFOI user,
Mabuhay!
Thank you for utilizing the eFOI portal (www.foi.gov.ph) and exercising your right to information under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
We have received your request on March 2, 2024, 12:29 p.m. , and we have promptly forwarded it to Office of Civil Defense Region XI. We replied to you via email last 4 March 2024 at 939am with the following text:
We received your FOI request pertaining to soil data (bearing capacity and other parameters).
Please be informed that PHIVOLCS did not and will not produce borehole data from Quezon City and any other neighboring cities. We can only share with you data that we produce. We suggest you get in touch with the Quezon City Engineering Office and other engineering offices of the other cities you intend to focus your research on. You may also try to get information from Maynilad and Manila Water Companies.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing DOST Assistant Secretary for Administration and Legal Affairs, Dr. Diana L. Ignacio, DOST Complex, Gen. Santos Avenue, Taguig City with email [email protected].
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
