DAR Administrative Order No. 3, Series of 2021: Streamlined the processing of applications for conversion of agricultural land for projects that are critical to the public good 
DAR Administrative Order No. 3-A, Series of 2021: Amended DAR Administrative Order No. 3, Series of 2021 
DAR Administrative Order No. 7, Series of 1997: Outlined the requirements for applying for land use conversion

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review. Should you remain unsatisfied with the review outcome, you retain the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
